The hotel was affordable and had air conditioning, which was great during our stay as it was hot outside. the location of the hotel was relatively close to public transportation and a park with a beautiful fountain.
The staff did not speak English and were not very friendly towards guests. we were charged for storing our luggage after check-out for just a few hours and the services offered at the hotel were generally poor.

The sink did not have a plug. I had a double room but the bedding (quilt and blankets) were designed for a single bed.

I had a newly refurbished room with a huge bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was nice, and the hotel restaurant offered a good choice of food. The staff was wonderful, and the views of the city were excellent.

The location was great, it was close to many restaurants and the city centre. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing a variety of amenities in the room for guests. The view from the room was fantastic and there were plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the scenery.
The room could have used some updating, as it felt slightly dated. The towels were not of the best quality and could have been softer.

We had an amazing stay in a charming hotel located in a beautiful area surrounded by stunning buildings. The cafe in the hotel offered a delicious breakfast and the staff provided exceptional service. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were outstanding, with a well-stocked mini-store and business center. The distance to the nearest subway station was reasonable.
The WiFi was slow.
